Meet The Founder

 

Farrell’s 15+ year career began in ​​Manhattan supporting ​fashion and beauty clients with product placement, launches, and runway shows​. She has since worked with global CPG, wellness, apparel, and consumer technology brands – and found her sweet spot with innovation-focused retail companies while building the communications program for apparel resale marketplace, thredUP. Farrell also has a passion for working with mission-oriented brands, and has managed programs for clients around sustainability, equity and inclusion.

Farrell has led results-oriented campaigns for brands including Stitch Fix, thredUP, Rocksbox (acquired by Signet Jewelers), Macerich, Archive Resale, ShopShops, Dropcam (acquired by Google), Nestle Waters, General Mills, lululemon athletica, and Chicco; the National Retail Federation is also a longstanding client. She has a degree in communications and legal studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and currently lives in Los Angeles and upstate New York with her husband, daughter and two (also bi-coastal) orange tabbies.
